Aaraf Zahan
& I want to share the incredible adventure that has been my life so far.I was born on a sunny day,
August 23, 2013
and ever since that moment, my life has been filled with exciting discoveries and amazing moments.
Chapter-1
The Love for Learning (August 23, 2015)
Picture this - I'm just a little tot, barely able to walk, but my fascination with the world around me knows no bounds. Letters and numbers? They're like magical codes, hiding secrets just waiting to be unlocked. I couldn't get enough of them! I remember my absolute favorite number was '0'.I even had a little wooden '0'that I carried around everywhere like it was my best friend. And guess what? I could read at a very young age. I would recite numbers in alphabetical order, and it made my mom and dad so proud.
Chapter-2
Preschool Beginnings (August 23, 2016)
When I turned three, I set off on my grand adventure to preschool at KITA specifically at the Ev. Familienzentrum Auf dem Damm. Everyone there soon started calling me 'Professor' because I loved learning and exploring new things so much. Sometimes, I even preferred playing by myself, just so I could dive into my own world of curiosity. But you know what? My thirst for knowledge didn't stop at the classroom door. At home, I was like a sponge, soaking up everything I could. I started learning English and even dipped my toes into alphabets from languages like
Greek,
Hebrew
Russian Alphabets.
remained my buddies, and I began understanding cool stuff like
Decimal,
Hexadecimal,
Binary Number systems
I even tackled math concepts like square roots and cube roots - I was on a
roll!
Chapter-3
The IQ Test (August 23, 2018)
One day, my parents got a bit worried about my eating habits. So, they took me to a doctor who suggested I take an IQ test. The results? They were pretty amazing! I scored 132, which meant I was super smart. My parents were over the moon and even got me a membership to Mensa Club, an international club for super bright People.
Chapter-4
School Adventures (August 29, 2019)
Fast forward to August 29, 2019, and I started my first year of school, Class 1, at GGS Hundertwasserschule. My teacher, Frau Thamm, saw something special in me and recommended that I move up to Class 3 by the end of the year because I was learning so quickly. Over the next two years, from August 23, 2020, to August 23, 2021, I continued to soak up knowledge at Otfried-Preußler-Schule. My new teacher, Frau Elmalt, became a key part of my educational journey. During this time, I became incredibly interested in subjects like Physics, Chemistry, and Astrophysics. I couldn't stop asking questions, from the mysteries of the cosmos to how coffee beans work - nothing was too big or small for my curious mind.
Chapter-5
New Adventures (August 23, 2022 to August 23, 2023)
At the end of 2021, I jumped to Class 5 and joined Landfermann-Gymnasium. Starting at a new school was like beginning a brand-new chapter in my book of life. Plus, I became a public transport expert in the VRR Zone, and my parents often turned to me for directions. But here's a fun story - during this summer vacation (2023), I decided to take the SAT test (standardized test widely used for college admissions in the United States). Can you believe it? I didn't even prepare much, but my practice test score was a whopping 1360! My actual test score was 1290, which still made my dad super proud. My journey of curiosity is far from over, and I can't wait to see where my boundless love for learning takes me next.
